The Downtown Rotary Club’s commissioned dogwood sculpture, by Jeffie Brewer, was installed today down by the Palestine Farmers Market. Artist Jeffie Brewer, a native of Palestine, is pictured with Downtown Rotary Club of Palestine President Lisa Priest.
